What type of units can I put on my lot?

All types of RV vehicles and manufactured homes not older than 12 years old.

 

Do you accept pets?

Yes, pets are welcomed in designated areas only.

 

Am I permitted to rent or lease my unit when I'm not using it?

Yes, you are permitted to rent or lease your unit.

 

What security do you offer?

DeGraff’s RV Resort is not a public campground rather it is a secure, private resort community. The community itself is gated.

 

What services are provided?

Phase 1 services include 50 AMP electrical year round with water and sewer service from May till Oct. Phase 2 will have 100 Amp electrical, natural gas, and year round water and sewer service.

 

Are there any maintenance fees?

Yes, lot owners pay annual maintenance fees that cover all expenses related to maintaining common areas, garbage, landscaping, security, management, roadway maintenance, snow removal, etc. Call for current rates.

 

What is the drive time from Calgary/Edmonton?

DeGraff Resort is conveniently located. It is approximately two hours from Calgary, one hour from Edmonton and half an hour from Red Deer.

 

 

What facilities are in the surrounding area?

DeGraff’s RV Resort is well positioned in Central Alberta. Close to Bentley, Rimbey, Ponoka, Lacombe and the Village of Gull Lake with all major amenities, including:

  • Grocery stores
  • Restaurants
  • Liquor outlets
  • Service stations
  • Schools
  • Full medical facilities (including emerg services)
  • Police and fire services

 

DeGraff’s RV Resort is also within short driving distance to a number of great golf courses including:

  • Gull lake
  • Wolf Creek
  • The Nursery
  • Lacombe Golf and Country Club
  • Ponoka Golf Club
